This policy explains refund and cancellation handling for TargetCLB paid plans, including Paddle-supported purchases when paid checkout is available.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, technical-issue requests, and payment-provider refund handling work for TargetCLB paid plans when paid checkout is available.
TargetCLB currently offers controlled beta access and live checkout may be disabled. If you have not been charged, there is no payment to refund.
When paid web checkout is enabled, payments may be processed by Paddle or another approved payment provider. If Paddle processes your purchase, Paddle may act as merchant of record and may handle checkout, receipts, tax calculation, subscription management, buyer support, and refund processing.
Payment-provider buyer terms, refund rules, and statutory-rights handling may apply in addition to this policy. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Free beta access, free trials, promotional access, manual test grants, and no-charge accounts are not refundable because no payment has been collected.
If a future free trial converts to a paid subscription, the checkout or plan page will describe the billing date, renewal period, and cancellation options before payment.
Unless a different rule is required by applicable law or shown at checkout, you may request a refund for an initial paid subscription purchase within 14 days of the transaction date.
Renewal payments, add-ons, and one-time purchases may be non-refundable after purchase or delivery unless required by law, approved by the payment provider, or approved by TargetCLB in a specific case.
You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund prior charges.
If a refund is issued for a subscription purchase, premium access, unused allowances, and related paid features may be removed immediately or at the time the refund is processed.
If you paid for TargetCLB and cannot access paid features because of a persistent technical issue, contact support@targetclb.com with your account email, approximate purchase time, receipt details if available, and a description of the issue.
We will try to resolve the issue first. If the issue materially prevents access to the paid product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be approved according to applicable law, payment-provider rules, and the facts of the request.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, account sharing intended to avoid limits, violation of the Terms of Service, chargeback abuse, or substantial use of paid features after purchase.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or any statutory withdrawal rights that apply in your country or region.
If Paddle processed your payment, use the receipt, subscription-management link, or Paddle buyer support flow associated with your transaction. Paddle may ask for transaction details to verify eligibility.
You may also contact TargetCLB at support@targetclb.com. Include the account email used for purchase, the transaction date, the plan purchased, and the reason for the request. Do not send full payment card numbers or identity documents by email.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and country.
Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and payment-provider processing rules may affect the final amount or timing where allowed by law.
Please contact support or the payment provider before opening a chargeback so the issue can be investigated. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, account access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
This Refund Policy should be read with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If Paddle processes your transaction, Paddle's buyer terms, privacy notice, and refund process may also apply.
