From an email to a strata council:
“…Last month I reported the broken parkade gate, and I appreciate the quick repair. I'm writing now about something different: my sister will be staying with me for four weeks in August, and I'd like to arrange a temporary visitor parking permit for her car. I understand overnight visitor parking is allowed with one…” (Claire, Unit 214)
Why is Claire writing to the council?
A. To report that the parkade gate is broken
Right info, wrong questionTrue in the email. But it's last month's already-fixed issue, not why she's writing now.
B. To request a temporary visitor parking permit
C. To complain that visitors are never allowed to park overnight
OppositeThe email says the reverse: overnight visitor parking is allowed with a permit, which is exactly what she's requesting.
D. To ask for the visitor parking area to be repaved
UnsupportedRepaving never comes up. It sounds like routine strata business, which is the bait.

Which CELPIP practice tests are free?
Practice Test 1 in each of the four skills and Full Mock Exam 1 are free. Free access includes Listening and Reading results with answer explanations, plus 3 AI Writing reviews + 3 AI Speaking reviews total. Those AI trial reviews do not reset. No credit card is required.
Is TargetCLB an official CELPIP test?
No. TargetCLB is an independent practice platform with original material for CELPIP-General preparation. CELPIP-General covers Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Our practice results are not official test results. See the official CELPIP test format for the exam owner's description, and read who makes TargetCLB and how the tests are checked.
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. The 30-day and 90-day passes are one-time purchases. Your account and test history remain after your pass expires, and you can buy more time when you need it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on your first Pro purchase, if you request it within 7 calendar days and you have completed no more than 2 Pro tests and used no more than 5 AI reviews. If a technical problem we can't fix stops you using Pro, we refund it regardless of usage if you report it within 30 days of the purchase; after that, we extend your pass by the days it was unusable. Contact support@targetclb.com and read the refund policy for the full terms.
How many AI reviews do I get?
Free includes 3 AI Writing reviews + 3 AI Speaking reviews total. Pro includes 10 AI Writing reviews + 10 AI Speaking reviews per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. One successful review covers one submitted Writing or Speaking section, including a partial practice submission. It is not charged per answer. Failed or unscorable reviews do not use your allowance; automatic retries of the same submission do not use an extra review. Reviews in progress reserve a slot. Buying another pass does not reset the day's allowance.
How accurate are the practice scores and AI feedback?
Listening and Reading results show an approximate level or range based on your correct answers. Writing and Speaking receive AI feedback using CELPIP-style rating criteria. These are practice estimates, not predictions or official results. Use the explanations and feedback to guide your next session. Read how TargetCLB scores work.
Should I take a practice test or a full mock exam?
Take a practice test to focus on one skill. Take a full mock exam to do all four skills in one timed sitting. Start with the free ones and see which helps you more.
Can I practise without a timer?
Yes. Open a section test and choose Practice mode to work at your own pace and move between parts. Choose Start test for a timed section, or choose a full mock exam to rehearse all four skills together.
