These draft terms describe the current TargetCLB MVP foundation and should be reviewed before production launch.
These terms are a pre-launch draft for TargetCLB MVP readiness. They must be reviewed before TargetCLB accepts public production traffic or paid subscriptions.
TargetCLB provides CELPIP preparation practice, saved attempts, and estimated feedback. It is not an official CELPIP app, is not affiliated with the official test provider, and does not guarantee a result.
You are responsible for the Writing responses, Speaking recordings, and other practice content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, private third-party, or highly sensitive information.
AI-assisted feedback, transcripts, metrics, and summaries are study aids. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be used alongside your own judgment and qualified instruction where needed.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private data, upload unlawful material, abuse account recovery, interfere with other users, or use TargetCLB in a way that harms the service or other learners.
Free, Plus, and Pro plans are represented in the product foundation, but live checkout is not enabled yet. Future subscription terms, renewal rules, refund handling, and provider-specific terms need final review before launch.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Password reset and email confirmation flows depend on production Supabase Auth and email configuration.
Access state and allowances are enforced server-side. Clients may display remaining allowances, but they do not grant premium access or usage credits directly.
