Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TargetCLB, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

TargetCLB provides independent CELPIP-format practice, including TargetCLB AI feedback. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Paragon Testing Enterprises and is not an official CELPIP assessment.

Practice results, feedback, scores, and CLB mappings are educational tools. They are not a promise of a CELPIP score, immigration decision, or other outcome.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payments, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and refunds. Pro is sold as a 30-day or 90-day access pass for a one-time payment. The total charge is shown at checkout.

Pro passes do not renew automatically. Access starts when payment completes, or extends an existing pass, and ends at the expiry shown in your account. Your account and test history remain after expiry. Existing recurring subscriptions continue under their original terms until cancelled through Paddle. See our Refund Policy for voluntary refund eligibility.

Do not misuse TargetCLB, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automation to scrape or overload it, share account access improperly, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or end access where needed to protect users, the service, or our rights.

We may change the service or these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions, privacy requests, and grievances can be sent to support@targetclb.com.
