Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on your first Pro purchase if you request it within seven calendar days of that purchase and, when you ask, you have completed no more than 2 Pro tests and used no more than 5 AI reviews. Pro tests are the practice tests and mock exams that are not included in Free. This offer is available once per customer. It does not limit mandatory rights or the original payment provider's buyer policies.

If a technical problem on our side stops you from using Pro and we cannot fix it, we will refund that purchase regardless of usage if you report it within 30 days of the purchase. After that, we extend your pass by the days it was unusable.

To request it, email support@targetclb.com from the email linked to your TargetCLB account and include the payment or receipt details if available.

Later purchases, unused time, and first purchases outside these conditions are non-refundable, subject to mandatory law and the original payment provider's buyer policies. We may refuse a voluntary refund request involving fraud, abuse, or misuse where permitted by those rules.

TargetCLB does not guarantee a CELPIP score or immigration outcome. A practice result or lack of a desired result does not create additional refund eligibility.

Passes do not renew automatically, so there is no renewal to cancel. An approved refund ends the access granted by that purchase, including when a partial refund is agreed.

Eligible refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method.
